ORDERS

any order submitted by you is your offer to enter into a contract with us. shortly after receipt of your order we will send you an e-mail confirming the products you have ordered and that we have accepted your order subject to these terms & conditions, payment and availability of the items ordered. we must receive payment for the whole price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason, we will tell you. a legally binding contract between us will only come into effect when our acceptance is dispatched. the details (price etc) mentioned in the acceptance prevail over the details mentioned in any publicity.

we ship almost everywhere on earth, a tracking number is available with every package as well and will be sent via email the day it leaves the office.

processing time usually takes 1-5 business days. once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will notify you of the carrier and the shipment tracking number. it usually takes a few days for tracking information to be active.

packages across Russia reach an average of 5-10 working days.
rest of the world: 7-20 working days.

customs and import might be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country by the recipient of the parcel. unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. for low amounts mostly charges even are not actual. it might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
